Its that time of the month again. Here are the rules. Voting will begin on 2/20.
1. Only one (1) nomination per member, Self nominations are allowed if you wish you can pm them to me.
2. Nomination MUST include either an inline picture or a link to the nominated member's garage.
3. Member nominated must have a garage thread open or posted by the start of the online poll.
