I know I just announced the November winners just the other day but its that time of the month again. Here are the rules.
1. Only one (1) nomination per member, Self nominations are allowed if you wish you can pm them to me.
2. Nomination MUST include either an inline picture or a link to the nominated member's garage.
3. Member nominated must have a garage thread open or posted by the start of the online poll.
