Picking this one up this weekend. Our new project 1973 Plymouth Duster.

Thats me in the passenger seat going for a test drive.

Sweet! Whats under the hood?
Very nice indeed. Make sure you take plenty of pics when you pick it up!
Very cool I've always been a fan of old American muscle
Just a little update picture. I admit I have spent soo much time having fun and tinkering with this damn thing, I have let me Sorie go somewhat (hangs head in shame).
I have promised myself that I would spend the rest of the Winter bringing my poor Sorento up to par.
What a nice car! They are fun to play with. My father has a 1955 Chrysler New Yorker. It's been in the family since 1958. We are always tinkering with it.
Wow I feel like I am looking at still shots for tthe movie Dazed and Confused!! Nice!!1 The Dusters we the "A body" line from CHrysler right?
great looking motor, that would bring traffic to a standstill over here !!!
Thanks for the kind words guys!
Frrrrrrunkis, yeah its an "A body"...Dusters, Darts, Valiants, and the early Barracudas are the more well known ones.
07; Pictures man! That must be a fun drive. I am a fan of 50's styling across most of the car companies! If you don't mind posting a pic, feel free to do it in this thread man, I don't mind!
BTW Its nice to see you still hanging around here dude! I haven't had a chance to hop on the site recently.
2112; It gets a lot of looks here when I cruise around!

Yeah Im still kicking around here! Here are some pics.
Its a '55 Chrysler New Yorker Deluxe. It has a 331 Hemi with 2 1/2" Flowmaster dual exhaust. My father has the original bill of sale when my great grandparents bought it in 1958. I could go on forever on writing about it. It was painted about 6 years ago. It has 102,000 miles on it and the running gear has never been pulled out of it. Its a blast to drive. When we go out for rides in it everyone knows we wont be back for a long time lol.
