Well I am taking the time to redo this so bare with me! I saw how nice others garages were and got myself motivated to start over!
Some of the photos might not be in order of when I did the modification but I will get it as close as possible...

Her she is a virgin, but not for long!

First modification was to support my friends racing team

The next modification I did was adding a Kenwood KVT715 with a navigation unit! since then the kvt-715 has been replaced with the DDX 7017. Photos will be in a later post! Also the Hide away unit is no longer need with the new kenwood. so all that is back there is the dvd drive for the navigation.

This first picture was just after I tried to move the unit to the ash tray area, unsuccessfully! I ended putting it back and adding a piece of wood to match the interior.

This is the Hideaway unit and the navigation unit hidden under the rear storage compartment!

Next up was adding Diamond plating to the rear storage compartment you see above... Inside Info for all of you, it was done to cover the holes I drilled the first time I installed the navigation and the hide away unit! After I drilled the holes, I realized that there was to many wires running under the plastic, making it almost impossible to sit flat!

I then decided to stick with the diamond plate theme I had going by doing the center counsel.

I also gave the running boards a shot at the diamond plate but turned out to be a hassle... cutting my leg when I got in!
I deleted that photo by accident so sorry nothing to show you!

After being told I must come to this site and read a bit, I came across some of you were debagging the logos on the back giving the Sorie that clean look. I had given it the thought well before coming here, but the motivation kicked in almost instantly. I am so against sponsorship that doesn’t pay... KIA doesn’t make the payments I DO!

Next up was the purchase of a new grill! At the time there were not to many billet grills on the market but the one I did find fit like crap. 4 hours of trimming it! I bought it from a website other than... www.customsorento.com and I paid the price!  not to mention the you can see the center bracket and edges. i ended up painting the flat black which helped a lot.

Next up was adding a little BASS! A Kenwood 10" 200watt powered sub!

Next up was adding a place to crash in between shifts at my old job!

(Photo coming soon)((well not anymore)) no room with my new sounds...

Part 2

Next I added vent visors, But Pep Boys screwed up and ordered the out side stick on verses the in channel I wanted. So I bit my tongue and lived with it for the time being!

Next up.
I got bored with my billet grill and went to town on it! Adding a new grill emblem to boot!

Well about this time was my Sorie's first birthday and I wanted to treat her to something nice! So I ordered some smoke Euro lights from CS.com.

Next up was cracking the headlights open to get rid of those stupid reflectors... and to do some other work at the same time, I painted the chrome to match my cladding.

Also while I was in there I added my version of homemade angel eyes using EL wire.

Then I painted the calipers, painted the center caps and put on some body tape on the rims, all in all giving that unique look!

Sticking with the diamond plate theme again, I did my license plate frames. Front and back

I also painted the plastic on the OEM nerf bars to match my cladding.

Then came the blue gauges with blue needles.

Part 3
I painted the Front skid plate with a hammered metal look.

New brake and gas pedals came next.

And a few months ago I was held captive at my local dealer and added a sunroof wind deflector.

And like I said before I sold my Kenwood 715 and traded it for a Kenwood 7017.

And my newest purchase was Sylvania-Silverstar Head Lights; I refuse to spend 400 on a HID kit even though I know they are 100% better than the Silverstar.
But I am happy, they look a lot better than stock bulbs!

I took my Xbox out of my car so I can play it on my big screen at home. But i have the option to add it back in for the long road trips!
Since this photo was taken I have added 2 more 200GB HD and added over 8000 games, ranging from Atari, Nintendo, and Sega the list goes on!

Just added Sirius...

Hella horns from www.summitracing.com painted blue to match everything else.

i am now painting the diamond plate to match...
working in the garage now...i am not painting the diamond plate in the trunk... that's staying chrome...

and the kia logo from the engine cover.

i am also painting the engine cover soon. the gray will be blue, the black will be silver... and the KIA logo will still be chrome but the black in it will be blue... the v6 logo and the DOHC 24V 3500 will also be blue...

well some fixing is in order... the tape pulled off some blue when i removed it, and the silver isn't quite even... i might sand blast it and do it again...

but you get the picture...

i would still like to paint the dohc 24v 3500, blue but that might be a huge taping challenge...

any thought about sand blasting plastic... i figured i would do it from far away and just a light coat...

Axle-Back Exhaust System from CS.com thanks James...

and i painted the front and rear plate holders... again

well you all should know me by now, i cant leave well enough alone!
Modified the tips and since the photo was taken i straighted them out.

While waiting for my t-lite grill i went a head and did "this" today...

but to get "this", you have to start with this...

and now "THIS"

Well today was the start of my LED install... i got 3 in and more to come...

and the switch mounted on the back side of the overhead counsel

it really lights up the interior great, and i still can use my white map lights too.

I also ordered some 7 different color changing LED'S as soon as they come in i will post some pictures...
and i started the AE's today, got the fog lights done!
Sorry you cant tell there in there because there so bright when it really dark out. i will take some better photos in a low light tomorrow. I am also doing the headlights but i am going to put that on hold for a few days.

updated photo

got my tomato steering wheel emblem today... thanks James once again...

and i got my grill, primed but not painted yet...I am also having problems finding the same mesh that i used for the lower grill, so i am going to take it out and pass that on to kspec... and replace with the same stuff to match the top...
